Punjab News and Views radio program, which airs on KBIF 900AM every Sunday from 3.00PM to 4.00PM will be available over the Internet for download in a Podcast format. This feature has been added upon the request of our listeners world wide. It allows them to listen to our program any time during the week. Downloading Podcast to your computer and iPod is quick and easy. Just follow these simple instructions.

1.	Download free iTunes from Apple.com or any Podcast reader of your choice.
2.	Install iTunes on your computer.
3.	Open iTunes and select "Advanced" from top menu.
4.	Select "Subscribe to podcast..." from sub menu.
5.	Copy and paste the following link "http://www.punjabnewsandviews.com/radio/JasPodcast.rss" in a new window.
6.	Click Ok to save your new link.
7.	iTunes will download this Podcast to your computer every week automatically.
8.	Setup you iPod to sync with your iTunes.
9.	Your Podcast will automatically tranfer to your iPod.
